Host for real, not from a menu
Every job is done by hand in first person: bag the trash, scrape newspaper off windows, paint walls, lay tiles, carry flat-pack boxes in, make every bed and hang the towels before the first guest knocks.

Host for real on a Cycladic island.
Your parents hand you €7,000 and the keys to the boarded-up rental next door. Bag the trash, paint the walls, carry in the furniture, take the listing photos and meet your first guests off the sea taxi.
HelloBnb Simulator is a first-person island-life and short-term-rental sim set on a hand-built Aegean island of whitewashed houses, windmills and turquoise coves. You do every job yourself, then grow from one family rental into beach businesses, yacht tours, restaurants and pubs.
Every job is done by hand in first person: bag the trash, scrape newspaper off windows, paint walls, lay tiles, carry flat-pack boxes in, make every bed and hang the towels before the first guest knocks.
A hand-shaped 1 km Aegean island with seven districts, windmills, a blue-domed church, ancient ruins, turquoise coves, around 100 walking islanders and beach crowds that swim, sunbathe and leave litter behind.
Seasonal demand, a nightly price calendar, listing text and photos that matter, reviews in both directions, real loans with credit scores, and homes from €21k starters to €2.1M villas.
Grow from the family's run-down rental into lounger rentals, a beach kiosk, kayak and SUP hire, private yacht tours, restaurants, pubs and a travel agency.
Fish from your own boat, ride a Vespa along the coast, swim in the bay, dress in Hawaiian shirts, and sleep to move on to the next summer day.
The early build already runs the whole loop: character creator, 18 quests, the HelloBnb listing and review cycle, 84 homes for sale, beach businesses, fishing, the bank and all 8 businesses.

A sleeping-raccoon splash, the Rakun Interactive card and an animated title: "Hello" swings down on ropes, "Bnb" bounces like a beach ball and "SIMULATOR" rises out of the sea.
Choose your name, body and summer outfit on the character screen. From here on, your parents, guests and quests call you by that name.
Your parents greet you in the family courtyard, call you by your name and hand you €7,000 to get started.
The family's neglected rental next door is full of trash, boarded windows and peeling paint. The tutorial walks you through shopping, cleaning, furnishing, photographing and listing it.
Your first booking arrives. You go fishing while you wait, then meet your guests at the door. The career chain then opens up the beach, the kiosk, water sports, yacht tours and your next house.

The harbour sits on the south-west shore, upscale Beach Bay on the east, and rocky headlands carry the windmills and two Signature villas.

Open the mapThe main menu labels the build "v0.1, early build", on Godot 4.7.2. It's already wide; the job now is proving it holds up over long saves, wiring finished features into quests, and translating the newest texts, as a small, quiet track while the studio launches Pop Star Life 2.
Economy, levels, quests, furniture tiers, catalogues, villas, businesses, fishing, wardrobe and staff all live in data files, so balance changes don't need new code.
The 1,024 m island is laid out from a height map and a district plan with real numbers: land area, road length, homes per district and a sky modelled on the Cyclades at 37°N.
Every islander, guest and beachgoer is generated in Blender from a table of skin tones, hair and fabrics using CC0/CC-BY MakeHuman assets, so the whole cast can be rebuilt in one pass.
156 Mixamo and ITHappy clips are retargeted onto one humanoid skeleton, cleaned up and shared by every character, with IK putting hands on phones, cameras, paddles and luggage.
Aerials, interiors, character portraits and UI screens are rendered from the game itself and reviewed by a person.
Texts are written in Turkish first and translated into nine more languages; nothing is marked ready until every language is up to date.
Internal play, then invite-only waves and a Next Fest demo, each built around one question. Findings go back into the design and data.
Builds go out with save migrations, Steam cloud saves and patch notes, and the public roadmap is updated with every major update.
Every phase from first pitch to post-launch. Shipped phases are green, the one in production now is gold.
A first-person hosting sim on a hand-built Cycladic island. We locked the idea that every hosting job is done by hand, built the island to real scale and set up a character pipeline the whole cast can be rebuilt from.

Balance the economy from the €21k starter home to the €2.1M villa, and bring all ten languages up to date.
We go public in spring, so the Coming Soon page catches the Steam Summer Sale and has about five months to collect wishlists before Next Fest.

Launch in late winter, just as players start planning their summer and the in-game calendar opens on 1 April. If the rental economy isn't solid, the date moves; we won't ship it half-tuned.
The first six weeks belong to players: fast fixes, balance and listening.
Four themed major updates, roughly every eight to ten weeks, with smaller patches in between.
No new systems: the full career from the family rental to the island empire, a whole-game balance pass and stability.
The complete island career, about 16–18 months after Early Access launch, arriving in the northern summer.

HelloBnb Simulator is a systemic sim where rentals, beach businesses, loans and seasons all feed one island economy. Much of it already works, but balancing prices, demand, reviews and income across a whole career from a €21k starter home to a €2.1M villa is best done with players running real businesses. Early Access from Q1 2028 lets us tune the economy with you while we add staff, viewings before you buy, deeper business careers and an off-season.
About 16–18 months, with 1.0 targeted for Q3 2029. We'll share an updated estimate with every major update and say so openly if the schedule changes.
1.0 adds staff hiring, interior previews for homes for sale, career quests that carry on past your second house into the restaurants, pubs and travel agency, late-game goals and off-season content, plus a balance pass across the whole career and broad polish.
At launch you get the whole island with 7 districts, 84 homes for sale, 6 beaches and 8 buyable businesses. You get the full hands-on hosting loop (clean, renovate, furnish, photograph, list, greet and review), shops with pickup and delivery, pool building, beach loungers, a kiosk, kayak and SUP hire, yacht tours, fishing, the Aegean Bank, the character creator, and the tutorial and career quests. Staff hiring is built but stays locked until its update. Expect rough edges and balance changes.
We plan to launch below the intended 1.0 price and raise it as major content lands, with notice before any change. Everyone who buys in Early Access gets every update and 1.0 at no extra cost.
Through closed playtests and a Steam Next Fest demo before launch, Discord and Steam forums, an in-game feedback prompt and a public roadmap updated with every major update. We'll poll the community on quality-of-life priorities and on the order of later updates, and patch notes will credit the player reports they fixed.
Doing the work yourself is the heart of the game, so Early Access launches that way. The first major update, Hired Help, adds cleaners, handymen, photographers, greeters and beach staff, so a bigger business can run while you fish, sail or buy the next house.
No. HelloBnb, the island, its businesses and its people are fictional, and the game is not affiliated with any real rental or travel company.
PC (Windows) on Steam. We'll look at Steam Deck after launch. No console versions are announced.
That's the goal. Saves are versioned and older saves are migrated forward automatically. If an update ever has to break compatibility, we'll announce it in advance and keep the previous version on a Steam beta branch.
Ten: English, Turkish, Spanish, Italian, French, Russian, Korean, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Greek. Some of the newest texts are still being translated today; all ten will be up to date at launch, and we welcome reports from native speakers.
Aerials, key art, studio renders and interiors come straight from the v0.1 build. Interface captures are English where the game already is; where a label is still Turkish, the caption says so.
Get the Steam page announcement, playtest invites, the Next Fest demo and the Early Access date first.
